DARK KNIGHT ENDING DISCUSSION. *SPOILERS

i really want to see the Tumbler fight against the garbage truck & the semi...that scene was but became even more when the batpod ejected out of the Tumbler...

It's kinda ironic that Batman saves Dent only to kill him later. He could've just saved Rachel and spared Gotham from having to deal with Two-Face.

Mother fucking dot.

Anyone who thinks that Batman intended to let Rachel die and intended to save Harvey is an idiot who probably didn't understand anything in the movie. The Joker LIED about the addresses to make sure Batman would save Harvey, and he knew that it was going to be near impossible to save Rachel, and having Harvey realize that Rachel was dead would turn him against the police/Batman that tried to save her and realize his inner criminal. The whole melted face part was just a bonus that wasn't planned for.

The only way I'd want Robin in the next movie is if he was Jason Todd and Joker killed him towards the beginning of the movie...and then Batman killed Joker...and the police hunted Batman throughout the remainder of the film while at the same time Bane hunted Batman down

course, that would leave no development time for Robin at all

i vividly remember sitting in the theatre watching begins, and in the part where he's training in the Himalayas and thinking to myself, this is a whole different ballgame now, and that this series will actually do some justice to the underlying concepts of the comics/series
