The Riddler could be an epic Nolan baddie. A homicidal sociopath that can't resist sending Batman some fan mail with clues. Oh yeah, that could be cool.

I agree on Catwoman being lame. Michelle Pfeiffer and Halle Berry have pretty much ruined that character for all time.
