bad, that is way too punky brewster, if you don't have the confidence to wear skirts or shorts without leggings, don't wear them. skirts and shorts with leggings underneath looks retarded. bare leg only or maybe pantyhose with skirts

I think it's a great look. I might suggest ballet flats vs. pumps (I can't believe I just wrote that as a fan of heels, lol), but I think that would be a nice change. Not "country" in my book.
