Dark circles question?

I need an advise please, in winter I use white eyeshadow to put around my eyes as I have dark circles and use specs. I blend it so it doesn't look fake....but now it's almost summer and I need something to replace eyeshadow that I can use at the beach and that doesn't go away with water. These dark circles reallt don't suit me
 
I also have dark circles under my eyes, i would say go to the dermotologist, and have them give you some sort of cream for under eyes, (that is what i did) it might help.

do not worry much about them,just keep a smile on your face and no one will notice dark circles.
use cucumber pieces on eyes when sleeping, take a lot of water to drink n wash eyes.

Theres this lotin stuff that gets rid of dark circles but you have to know where to find it,
