Try the 4th phone out that's in the mail.
If an issue occurs with this device, call Verizon Wireless back. Explain the issue and say that you refuse to take another warranty replacement of the same thing. Say you would like a "multi-fru". It is a replacement of a phone of equal value and features. Meaning as long as it can do the same stuff (no more and no less) you should be able to get it. They then send it to you at no cost and it's brand new. It may take a few Supervisor approvals, but it's easy.
