Okay my hair has NEVER has dandruff or lice.. or so i though lol
It isn't noticeable as some of the more severe conditions I've seen (friends, family, etc)
when i looked at my scalp closely in the mirrior (stretching out hair...) i saw some flakes. not a lot
the past few weeks ive been worrying if a flake has showed, and in the shower i scratch hard so all the flakes come out?
Few questions:
1)Is scratching out the flakes making it worse?
2)recommended shampoos, habits.. (i brush my hair a lot..bad thing?)
-ive used a dandruff control shampoo and hasn't seemed to help
-it isn't noticeable.. sometimes the random flake is showing which worries me
-its not itchy, i just think the flakes are there so i scratch
