I don't see why not, but don't wear yourself out. If you can talk easily while exercising, then it's safe. If not, then it's not. That's the pregnancy rule of thumb.
My doctors advice was continue to enjoy things you do regularly until your 3rd Tri, But listen to your body if it says stop at anytime then stop. We were asking about water-skiing and softball
It's only okay if you were active before being pregnant for example if you used to run 5 miles a day before you got pregnant you can continue to run while pregnant but if you just started dancing you may have a miscarriage ...talk to your doctor.
It should be fine. I am 23 wks and i run 3 miles a day. It all depends if you were active prior to your pregnancy. I also asked my midwife and she told me as long as i know when to slow down. I am good. Working out while pregnant is recommended to many. As long as there are no current threats to your pregnancy and the baby.
