Dancing is the Devil?

Why do some christian beliefs think dancing is bad? I love to dance with girls and dance/play capoeira. Where does it say dancing is a sin?
I forgot to mention i have some protestant friends who are not allowed dance cuz of their church rules

it dosn't say it's a sin even people in the bible danced! it's only sinful if it "dirty dancing" or dancing that promotes lust.
