But, if it is more casual, i guess go with a tank and skinny jeans. But maybe dress up the shirt a bit more. Go for something more stylish. They have tons of stuff at forever 21 and charlotte russe that would look good, not to sluty, but be perfect for the occasion. If you dont find something absoultely perfect there, ask some friends what their wearing, and try to come up with some ideas
also, you can play up the shoes a bit. go for something daring like gladiators or boots if you are not wearing such a jaw dropping shirt, but if you find a cute top, pick shoes that go with go with the colors and flow your loooking for
