OK guys and gals get your pearly whites around this one.
We live in Turkey (expats) and our house is riddled with damp during the winter. Nothing in the summer !
The house is a concrete frame with honeycomb brick between, then rendered. We have 3 windows within an area of around 35 square feet and a front door within a small hall of around 6 feet ajoining this area (livingroom). We have two bedrooms both with windows and a small toilet with a small window that is never closed.
Now the problem !!
During the winter our livingroom gets very damp and a black mould appeares on the cieling. Also our bathroom that is always ventilated becomes black with the same mould.
