Glad noone got hurt. If that happened to my bike, I would probably be pretty calm... Shit happens, yea the guy driving is probably an idiot but the bikes can kinda sorda be fixed... Now if the guy didn't have insurances, then someone probably needs to get his ass kicked.

I guarantee you his insurance policy can't afford all that damage. The bodily injury claims will probably cap out around 20grand and vehicular damage coverage probably doesn't exceed 50k which might cover the R and something else but that's it.
Looking at those pictures is a shame. Luckily no one got hurt. It wouldn't surprise me if the driver who caused this didn't have insurance or even a valid driver's license.....common problem in California for some time! I mean Calimexico! Because of this, your high insurance rates should cover it!
