At first i thought it was acne, but i was told that it's actually a cyst. What I have is a particularly sore area on my right earlobe, and there is extreme pressure underneath the skin, like there's a BB pellet underneath. I've tried popping it several times, but all I end up with is a badly scratched up ear with the pain still going on underneath. Is this really cyst? and if so, can someone please help?
