CynogenMod 10 Ringtones?

I have CynogenMod 10 running on my Galaxy SII. I really want to use custom ringtones and notifications on my device. Before I installed CynogenMod, I was able to do it by creating a "media" folder. But since the change I have not been able to see the audio files in my settings list. I know there is a way to make them by using a media player but that does not allow me to create notifications too. There has to be a way because the default sounds have to be somewhere. So how can I do this? Thanks
