Yes, for me I had to quit taking it after 2 weeks. Seems I fell into one of the 'rarer' reactions to it. By the end of 2 weeks I was down to sleeping only 2 hours a night, incredibly jittery & honestly it reminded me of the meth addicts I've seen.

I would spend hours cleaning the shower stall with a tootrabroadrush. All in all, not my favorite med :(

I am prone to IBS with constipation & it really kicks up my IBS. Amitiza doesn't even help. So, I'm stuck with trying to come down & off of it. It's very difficult to quit,

Hi,

I have been on Cyrabalta for a couple of years now. I have chronic pain and depression.
The cyrabalta has helped for both. I have tried lots of AD's and this one seems to work. My doctor just upped my dose because of the depression and I have been tired since, but it's only been a few days. I had a c4 fusion in 2005 and since I have been on Cyrabalta I have been able to go off the pain meRAB. Hope this helps. The side effects are different for everyone.

Good Luck,
Judy

I've been on Cyrabalta for a couple of years also and haven't had any bad side effects from it. It helps with my pain as well. It's strange how medications affect people differently. For me, it's been nothing but good.

My hips and knees hurt me so bad it would wake me up at night. The Cyrabalta has really helped with that. My knees still give me some trouble from time to time but my hips don't hurt anything like they did. That's where I've seen the most help with my chronic pain from taking it.
