Cylinder 6 Misfire on 2000 Chrysler 300m...?

I have a 2000 Chrysler 300M with a cylinder 6 misfire. I've replaced the spark plug in cylinder 6 (which I'm assuming from my manual) is the rearmost, driver-side plug as you look at it from the front. I've also swapped the ignition coil from the cylinder with one from another cylinder and when the code returned it was still on cylinder 6 only. I'm thinking it's probably a fuel injector. How hard would it be to swap a fuel injector from cylinder six with one from another cylinder?

Ok If it say #6 is misfiring,Did you clear the code and then start the car, or did you just do all that work and then read the code again.
Every-time you make any repair, before you start the car, you must clear the code then start. If not, it will just give you the same code all over again.
