cylinder 1 misfire in a honda civic?

ive not a 96 honda civic and the engine light is on the code says cylinder 1 misfire and O2 Sensor i checked and replaced all 4 spark plugs and thcylinderer 1 wire which had a crack in it and the distributor cap because of a crack im still getting the code and not sure what to check on it now the fuel injector is working because a hear ticking sound coming from it any advice what to try next thanks
