were can i find iphone crack file

I open up itune then open up cyder2, but I cannot see the cydia of my iphone and I cannot put ultrasnow to my 3G, it looks like the PC can't connect to my iphone.

I have tried with non-jailbroken and jailbroken 3G, which one I should use ?
