Cyder ۞ Cydia in PC >Ultrasn0w,SSH,Apps,Games,Theme Without Wifi

for some reason when i open cyder, under local cache it doesn;t have "mobilesubstrate.deb" , u know where i could find that>?

i have i phone with 3.1 version how can i jail break it is 3.1 is same as 3.01 when i jalbreak it it phone display is blue
tell me the right way to unlock 3.1
 
Thanks a lot mate, Excellent job and works 100%, Well now how to delete or uninstall the application those installed via Cyder, because i tried uninstalling via Cydia but it says the application not installed via Cydia, please help??

i would greatly appreciate a reg code for my imac g5 for sound studio 3 it recognizes me as john breen. i do not know if this is the approiate thread but any consideration would be grateful you can mail me and i will reply there if possible, i never really did find an approiate g5 mac thread yet. thanks john
 
Go To Settings >> Cydelete >>> Non-Cydia Deletion >>>> ON
Done
Now You can Delete Your Applications With Cydelete
