Im cycling to work about 8.4 miles a day 5 days a week and was just wondering if there are any extra requirements to take into consideration regarding, for example
Calorie intake
Bike accessories
Clothing accessories
General fitness requirements
Etc
that i might have to take into consideration for this
This is safely the most active ive been in a few years so just want to make sure I dont hurt myself or anything else lol
