Is any one from the Jacksonville FL area and familiar with this dealer. I bought my bike from them and have been happy, but now I am unable to get in touch with them. The phone number says disconected and the web site redirects. Does any one know if they are still in bisness?

If your meaning the one that use to be on Blanding close to 103rd its closed down.

The new Duacti dealer is the Suzuki/Seadoo dealer on Wells Road across from Harley Shop.

$130 per hour yuppie shop. That as good as I can say about them.

No mechanics from the close store got hired. The young mechanics at the new Ducati dealer got a 2 week trianing course and they seem to think thats all it takes to work on Ducatis???

Of course at $130 a hour I would work slow also and hope for extended stays on bikes.

Is their service dept. open Saturdays like the old shop? I need a radiator replaced on my 848. May be time to find a new dealer though.
Thanks for the info Gomer

I'm in Savannah so I'll prob. try Agusta instead. I had a few issues with them on my Monster a few years back, but they may be due for a second chance. Thanks for the heads up on the Jacksonville dealer, athough they were a small dealer I think I am going to miss cycle accessories west.

I agree on missing them even though I had really no dealings with them.

They were at least primarily a Ducati dealership with a few old school guys around to keep it real.

They treated my son very good who bought a SR4 Monster from them. I only visited through the years every now and then to just look at bikes at a free moment. Even with that they were light years ahead of this new dealer on making even a simple visit by a potential customer just window shopping seemingly cared about and every time I was there certainly wanted to hear any comments about the bikes. They closed 3 weeks after my wife and son bought my bike from them..... Maybe I got to good of a deal and it broke the bank????......lol....Nah....I don't think so.

If going to Agusta goes sour I would try one of the dealers Bossman speaks about. The majority of what I have heard about them has been very good.

Good luck on where ever you go.
