Cyber attacks and N Korea ---- do they think they are at war with the US?

Cyber attacks are in the news ----- timed almost perfectly with the announcement of a new cyber czar in the US

A whole new dept has come into being --- to protect us from cyber stuff


The news tells us that several US government sites have come under attack and the chief suspect is N Korea

N Korea said sanctions equaled war --- and Obama said --- yep sanctions

Is it possible that N Korea thinks it is at war with the US ?
 
Oh well lets just give the banks money, car industry more money, Lets not worry about being attacked by those who hate us. Lets give them a kiss and they will love us. Lets talk to them after they have stolen our money, they'll give it back if we talk long enough. After they transfer your savings and pensions to their accounts and then cut off your head for being a non believer.
 
I personally think it was the work of someone or some group that wants to make it look like N Korea cyber attacked us.

As far as actual war with N Korea, I think their leader is a wack job but I hope he has enough sense to chill out...
 
China has sent cyber attacks against us only a couple a years ago, we have been boosting our defense for such for quite a while.

If N. Korea is sending us attacks now, it wouldn't suprise me too much.
