2.SST 5.31 read,repair

Using winswup, phone OFF (Precheck -> Skip).

I cant flash CX50 v50 with v16 Using winswup.

I get this message: "Software update denied by mobile"

I need to downgrade to v16 first to unlock cx65 v50 right?!

still not understand, why people wasting the time with trying with downgrade, instead of using the best of all Papuas tool ... This is the mystery.

are you sure
you cant make downgrade from v50 to v16
(Software update denied by mobile)
you must make TP and use papua software

Noone can help you!
You need to do it yourself using some comunication method with computer (maybe a cable)....
But PLEASE don't ask for tutorial on how to unlock your phone, 'cause nobody will answer you! USe the SEARCH feature before posting!
Or you can go to a professional unlocker!
