I am a teenage athlete and I Am trying to find the best and safest way to lose weight.
I play high school level softball all year around,
my work out schedule consists of weights lifting Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and private hitting lessons Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday with games on Sundays every week.
i am 15 years old, 5'9'', and weigh 152lbs, but i want to be thinner and in better shape so I am faster,
but i want to do it safer i have been skipping meals lately but i know that is unhealthy and if my parents ever found out they would pull me out of softball, so i need a better way of going about this.
