Customer Service

So. I have dialed *611 and 1-800-CRICKET at different times during the day and night.

After three days, I have not been able to get a hold of any one.

I get the same message:

1. "All our customer reps are busy...." blah, blah

which takes me to

2. "Our automated system is here to help..."blah, blah

which after pressing the different nurabers leaRAB me to

Voice Message 1

Rinse..Repeat....in an endless loop.

Is there another nuraber I can use??

there are many different restrictions on it now, but if you get that specific message it means you are currently restricted from calling care and you will have to go into a store for help.
some of the reasons you can be restricted are: too many calls in a rolling period (used to be 7 calls in a 35 day period, but maybe they changed it?), account is hotlined (non-payment), account has an active bridge pay (whether or not the balance is paid in full), account has a fraud alert on it (probably someone else tried to access your account), et al.

I guess I'll have to visit the corporate store. I only had my acct barely this Noveraber and it's been paid before the due date. This issue is also happening with my friend who also has had it barely this month.

this right here should be a sticky how to get pass the all customer service reps are busy

step 1 listen to option your option will be to make changes to cricket account or option 4

step 2 after going to option 4 your next option will be add a new phone select that and when asked for esn hit # it will say sorry not able to validate and want you to enter it again so just hit # again then it will say i'm going to trans you to a customer service rep and there you

p.s. i do that now all the time so i don't get BS

They did it to us (dealers) but they had to lift it.
Theres so many issues with CID sometimes that they cant be doing that.
Now customers screw them Lolll j/k

Dang cellkeepers why so many carriers?

they've always had it for customers (as long as i've been doing cricket 3+yrs) but they made the rules stricter, and for a short time imposed rules on dealers but quickly ended that.

@bmos, that may work to get past if you're beyond the call limit, but if you are hotlined or under bridge pay you will not even get the option to make changes to the account.

 Mwahahaha! It worked. Yes....I felt bad about it. But.... :erabaresse ....Damn. After five days of the same thing, I needed change.
