I have a SANYO Incognito on the Sprint network with the Sprint software. I have a MicroSD card with tons of extra space, so I know that's not the problem. I want to be able to create and use my own custom ringtones to use on my phone. From my research, I found that the Incognito should handle MP3 and Truetone sounds but I have not been able to get either to work. I am quite experienced in editing MP3s and making ringtones as I have done so many times before on my old LG phone, so I know it's my phone and not me. I am wondering how I would go about actually getting the ringtone to work on my phone. I know how to get it on my phone, and set it as a ringtone but it says the media type is unsupported in both MP3 and Truetone formats. I was wondering if there's any kind of workaround or something of the sort. Thanks.
