Custom IP for Minecraft Alpha Server?

I am trying to get a URL to direct to an IP, so people can just type in the URL when they try to connect to me via IP server in Minecraft Alpha.

My friend has a co.cc account, but I do not now how to set it up. I already have a co.cc account, and wish to use co.cc.

I do not wish to use any others (Unless if its possible to make a short domain like namehere.tk)
