just created a custom Firmware 4.0 GM for 3GS Users using modificated PwnageTool 4.0.

- Added Cydia
- NO Baseband Update
- Activated and UNactivated
- 1500mb Root Partition
- No Custom Logos
- Does NOT need a UDID Developer Account

= Works with iTunes 9.2
