Custody Law Question - Ex won't give me his address, picks up child 2x a

month... is it within my rights? My Ex picks up our daughter 2x a month and takes her for the day. He will not give me his new address and so I have told him that he cannot take her until he gives me the address.

I have full custody, he has "liberal visitation". Am I within my rights as the primary custodian to demand his address?
He is insisting that I sign a piece of paper that I will never visit uninvited. He says his fiance is "afraid I will show up". I never showed up when I had their old address, it's silly.

Also, if I ever needed to go there for an emergency or if they didnt return our daughter, i don't want to sign this and not without legal counsel.

If it where me i would sign the paper it's important to have an address and phone number like you said in case of an emergency you need to know how to get in touch with him and like you already said you will more than likely never use it but you will have it just in case.my step son is dealing with his ex right now she will not tell him where she lives or give him a phone # so he has to wait for her to call and that could be every two wks or every 2 months then he has to meet her some where to pick up our grand daughter i think i would take her to court he pays child support so he should have equal rights to where she is living kinda of makes you wonder what they are hiding since they don't want to tell you by the way that paper unless it's legal document it doesn't mean much at lest you will have an address good luck
