I'm 22 years old 5-5 and 310 pounds. I want to get down to 150 with exercise and proper nutrition. I want to lose the weight slow and healthy because I'm scared of sagging skin. I know strength training with weights is a must. I wanted to join a regular gym but I was embarrassed most people there are in shape. I would feel more comfortable at curves because it's all women. Will I get the same benifits from curves as I would from a regular gym like the YMCA?
