T-Mobile's Curve is the 8320 model with WiFi
AT&T's Curve is the 8310 model with GPS.
That's the only difference between the two.
However you can use Google Maps which uses triangulation from cell phone towers to locate your device. While it's not as accurate by a fair amount and quite a bit slower, it's free and does not require an additional hardware.
