Current issues in guidance provision?

Hi, I have an interview for a post grad in career advice and have to prepare to write 500 words on the following question-- I have some websites to research but if anyone can offer what they they feel some of the current issues might be in career guidance (for example- within connexions) or any literature they've got/seen it would be much appreicated! Thanks
