hello from Japan, no troll question this time.

why are some older users very cruel to younger users? name calling and abuse very hurtful!

I say this because i get very mean answer sometimes and i see old ones being mean.

It's mostly the very younger users that are the one doing all the name calling and insulting (under 16) even though there are many exceptions and there are users under 16 who give good answers and contribute.
