Well being a future OBGYN and dealing with females I think it is ethical to terminate a fetus.
When I take a sample of the females fetus and tell her the results and the fetus happens to diagnosed with autism I will advise the baby to be terminated. This is sad but most doctors should advise this procedure be done.
