Culture: What are your thoughts on Black guys in "skinny jeans"?

The style is the skinny jean with the pants cuff really high, the black rim glasses. Usually everything else thier wearing is tight too. Then you sometimes see really skinny black guys wearing skinny jeans as if thier trying to flaunt thier "skinnyness".

Me and my friend have so many inside jokes about these types that I cannot help to crack up laughing every time I see one in public. I cant even help from laughing when Im talking to someone dressed like this.

What are your thoughts on these types?
 
Same as they look on any man of any race---awful. They are a big turn off to me and what's the difference in skin color. They are as dumb looking as speedos
