I read this book for my politics class and am currently constructing my paper responding to it. Here's the question:
Based on this book, what are the problems of the American political process, if any, and how would you reform them?
For those who have not read the book, it basically states that there really is no division between democrats and republicans, in fact, most people are somewhere in between. However, the media and the politicians make it seem like we have two separate cultures- red and blue.
That's just an overview. And I have started on my paper, I'm just looking for some simple ideas to expand on.
