There is almost no microbiological literature on culturing of the organism (due to urease tests for diagnostic information). So here's the question: Can H. pylori be cultured, and what plate conditions are required? (Campy Pak? Chocolate Plate? Would one need an acidic condition similar to the stomach mucosa?)
