YES! PEOPLE WHO ARE RAISED BY PARENTS WHO YELL ALL THE TIME GROW UP TO YELL ALL THE TIME.
 
It means that I will teach my kids the Moral code of the Bible without Government interference. So, the Government can separate it's self from my life. And stop harassing our children with adult themes.
 
Traditions, values, and beliefs are passed down from generation to generation.

ie: government, censorship, religion, media, clothing, food, music. etc.
 
You don't naturally just do things. You learn it from watching what happens around you. For example: You don't naturally know to say thank you when someone does something for you, you learned to do so by watching other people.
 
everything is learned except some basic things like moving fingers, reflexes, feelings and so on
