Culture group: I am Just curious why NON-WHITES believe that ?

Media in white countries, media that is owned and controlled by white people, IS expected to portray and advertize every single non white race?

But noone expect Indian media, African media, Middle Eastern media, Chinese media to cast white actors and actresses and portray them in THEIR media. And they never do.

So if they dont do it with white people, then why do they expect whites to do it with them?

@Barrie- why are white countries multicultural yet get called racist. But non white countries are not multi cultural cuz they dont allow it,yet they are not called racist.
 
The reason America gets called racist is because even though we are multicultural, there is still a lot of hatred between groups that breaks out into violence. Until that hate is gone, this will continue. In Countries is it not allowed, well it is hard to call them anything as you have no actions with in that country to make a claim one way or the other. The Media goes by what ever the people want, and if the people want to see more of one race, less of another it will do so. It's job is to make money, and if the people are not happy, they do not make money. Does not matter what country it is in.
 
I am a Kashmiri. We are not generally like the mainland Indians ethnically, and we are much paler skinned. But I have to admit most Indians other than the far Northern regions, are pathetic self-hating people.

Most of the Bollywood actors are indeed South Asian. But they choose White European Backup Dancers because they are obsessed with Euro looks. All races have their beauty & ugly people. But honestly a lot of Indian casting directors will rather choose a plain looking European woman, over an attractive Indian woman who has darker skin yet better features.

Ironically the casting directors on average, when you search up the names are South Indian - Who are the darkest of all in the Sub-Continent and it just shows how much of an inferiority complex they have.

Look at most typical Indians (Other than Northwestern Indians) you will always see the men dissing the women saying how they want to date 'White folks' & Vice Versa - It is just a two way Self-Hate system. Sometimes I really hate being connected with them because so many of them tend to act like this, and have this stupid mindset. But I try to learn & accept someone as an individual rather than generalizing all people.

Still 98% of Indians have dark brown skin. The only really pale skinned people in India are Kashmiris, Himachalis & some folks from Punjab. Most other Indians are dark skinned, and South Indians very dark skinned. The fact that they do not accept who they are, and like to diss themselves makes them seem very pathetic (a lot of them which do, but not all)..

You will notice their Pakistani counterparts do not at all obsess over European looks. That is perhaps because they generally have a higher proportion of whiter skinned people, and do not crave for something they do not have.

As for Africans & Chinese. I am not going to generalize seeing as I know nothing much about their media at all.
 
The media is not owned and controlled by only white people. For example, Disney stock can be bought and sold on the stock exchange by *anyone*. Disney is owned by white, black, and every ethnicity of people you can think of.

No one is forcing media companies to have minorities in their advertisements. Capitalism is directing them that way because "minorities" are making up a greater proportion of the American population.

Those other countries you listed are not ruled entirely by capitalism. America is for better or worse.
 
because the US isn't made up only of whites. we do it for our own citizens and not the citizens of other countries. believe it or not, those minorities in our media and film are US citizens.
