Culture and Racists: Do you falsely accuse people on thing you don't know the answer to?

It seems like a lot of people on here jump to conclusions, and blame someone they barely even know.
Im getting angry, everyone claim i report them and delete there questions...but why do my questions get deleted, and why do i get reported? do i do that to myself?
How do you know im not new? Tell me the answer...
If you know your not a racist, why are you getting so angry? and if you havent notice its a lot of racists here.. they not on tho
