I recently came into the possession of my first keyboard controller (Behringer UMX490), and I'm having trouble using it. I have absolutely no idea how to use all of this. I have cubase LE4 and with the controller came U-control and energy XT25. I haven't been able to record or do anything on Cubase or any of the others...
First things first, I need help installing the keyboard so my laptop will recognize it.
Then I'll need help getting cubase up and running. - My uncle said it's something to do with the channel not being selected...
Should I use these other programs?
I haven't heard a single sound out of this yet, and it's really irritating... I'm starting to think I've bitten off a bit more than I can chew... Thanks anyone who can help.
