I already have a Science: Physics single subject teaching credential in CA. I want to add Science: Chemistry to the topics I can teach. Do I have to take all three CSET subtests (2 general science and 1 chemistry), or can I just take the one that focuses on chemistry? The commission on teacher credentialing isn't very clear on this issue. It would seem to me that the general science requirement was met when I got my physics credential in 2007. I'd use the phone but there are 110 minute wait times nowadays.
