Cruzer flash drive... not working???? HELP, Please...?

I have a cruzer 2 GB flash drive. When I plug it into my computer, it lights up orange and I can than access everything on it. However for some reason when I plug it into my computer right now, it doesn't turn on and it does even show up on my computer. Nothing. I have some important stuff on it. Help. Please.

Also, as a side note, I tried another flashdrive, and it works fine. Its just mine.
