Crushing pain in my upper back

Hey guys, wonder if you have any idea what is going on with me...
I have crushing back pain in the upper back. Feels around the shoulder blades, about up to around the height of the armpits...

It's not a pain like I stuck a nerve or something, it sorta feels deep and very debilitating. I think the best description I could give is as if I was being hugged by one heck of a massive bear...

Any ideas?
 
Oh, just to add... I found a better description for it.

It's as if I had a heartburn in my back!
