CRT TV, red line in the middle?

Hi, so I'm wondering what could be wrong with my old tv, the sound works perfectly, tthe picture is all gone except a 1 pixel-wide red line in the centre of the screen. Is there a way to fix it

Thanks all, please don't give me "buy an lcd", I'd like a genuine response, thank you :)
