Crock pot cooking in my small space kitchen.?

I live in a studio condo duplex.
And I have a small space kitchen. I am into very healthy cooking, fresh organic vegies with chicken or fish.
Do you have any favorite healthy crockpot receipes to help me
out with. I cannot have any vegies with seeds. As I have a health condition. Thank-You all who help others in need.
