Criteria for new phone

I'm looking for a new phone that will replace my Nokia N93. My spending limit is at around $1000. I'm a pre-med student and I need something that will be my "all in one" throughout my college experience. My must haves are...

Touchscreen
Wifi
5MP (or at least 3MP camera)
QWERTY keyboard optional (there doesn't have to be one)
Large screen (at least 2.5inches or more)

(I study hard, but I also party hard, thats the reason for the 5MP I'd like to capture those cliche moments in college.)

Right now I'm thinking either

Nokia N95 (I know it doesn't have touchscreen but i heard it was good, except the battery)
Sony Ericsson P1
LG KU990 (I'm not sure whether this has wifi or not, can somebody confirm?)

thanks in advance

P1 lacks 850mhz.

Have you look into HTC phones?
HTC Kaiser is coming out by end of August, wit 3mp camera, touchscreen, Wifi G, GPS, Slide up/out QWERTY keyboard.
Sound appealing? And it'll be around $850 or so when it's launched.

Also, You can easily get the Nokia E90 now for about exactly a grand or around that. Also has everything I just mentioned for Kaiser, but has a bigger main screen for viewing. Its much longer than the Kaiser however, nonetheless its got 'everything'. GPS, Wifi, 3.2mp cam name it.

Yup the E90 is very appealing and would be perfect for me, I'm currently looking around at prices to see which website or location will give me the better deal. The Kaiser looks like a promising phone however it hasnt been released yet, in any case I won't be getting a new phone till August or September for now though i'm researching quite a bit on the perfect phone for me. (At the moment though the E90 is certainly peeking my interest as "the" phone.)

Nope But I did have a Ipaq RX3115 PDA before which had windows 2003 mobile edition SE. Do you know if the windows mobile (phone)series have become more stable and user friendly than the previous generations? (the one I used in my PDA had a tendency to crash every now and then)

Samsung F700 would be good for you if it had wifi and 850. If you can get by without those things it would be worth considering. Really nice phone.
