what the hell is going on with Cricket today? I've been trying to get ahold of them all damn day long and all I get is bs re routes to the main menu after they say that thier tech's are busy with other customers. Anyone know whats going on?

Busy with other customers means.... There busy with other customers right now. They could be having a higher amount of call in's today. I have voice and data and everything else just fine. I don't think there's any problems today.

No, not with the service, just CS and TS.... And I've been calling back left and right... one after the other all day and it just says the same for everything you do...

when you call from your cell you have certain amount of cs calls. They do this because of the unwanted nagging calls they always get

Call from a home phone. Usually that will work. Unfortantly thats the cost of Outsourcing support. My solution is to usually just try to speak like a indian... is that what they call people from india? :goodness:. Usually works pretty good! :lol:

You get 7 calls in a 35 day period. The reason is it costs over $8 everytime a customer connects to an operator. It will be restricted based on your account, so calling from a land-line will not help. You will need to go into a Cricket Store to resolve your problem.
