Cricket wont accept esn.

they say it has to start with a 0. I know this has been posted before. But, i'm not sure what to do. because, someone was able to help them. and they didn't explain how.
 
Cricket will allow any ESN unless it is in use or is listed as lost/stolen. Your issue is not Cricket.
If you have the HEX version of your ESN there are a million places to convert it online.
Google HEX to DEC ESN or something similar.
 
Hey Healthman345 - I tried responding to your PM from 20 minutes ago, but your PM box is full. I sent you an email to the addy you gave me yesterday....not sure if you get that during the day. In any case, the phone is an LG VX8600.
