Cricket wap, when 403 forbidden go away?!

So i've had this cricket wap for a while now, and I am sick of getting 403 forbidden when I go to real wap sites. I know the google trick, I've been using it, but there are things that don't always work through google and it bugs me. I heard that it would start working on sept 5, it didn't. I heard something about the 15th, and still no. The cricket portal home page changed, but the wap is still all forbidden. Does anyone know when the cricket wap will be full access?
 
Just a few minutes ago I was on the cricket site and I seen that it had some new promos on it and when u go to the phones section $5 unlimited web access is one of them.When you go to shop cricket and pick a web capable phone and you pick your add ons $5 unlimited web is a add on choice.That wasnt there before so I think that it is in full effect as of now.I dont know if this helps out any but I hope that it did.Now all im awaiting is the release of the Nokia 6265i so I can dump this jump!!!Cant wait...
 
Oh the one new thing I found that worked was mobile.theonion.com. i was doing that through google and now its working fine. and the google trick is just go to http://www.google.com or http://www.google.com/xhtml or whatever and you can search any page, and it will open. the google goto page is http://www.google.com/gwt/n and it will give you a page that says enter a url and you can go to basically any page. the problem with this is, some normal wap pages don't work, images don't always come through, and some funtionality is gone. but at least you can get to the page.. I have done this with howardforums, yahoo, aol, (although aol and yahoo work, some of the pages within do not), wapedia (wikipedia), myspace, and other things.. but i still have problems. i would love very very much for the internet to be full access right now..
 
I'm still waiting for the service to open up.... Does anyone know anything at all about this? Is this going to be permanently crappy? or what? Maybe someone on the inside.. someone smart.. I had all this false hope like months ago, but we are still waiting..
 
what is the prl version on your phone? the razr, slvr, and krzr are all evdo capable but cricket does not have the feature enabled yet.
