Cricket to Launch Android Phone

Do you use an anti-virus application? If so, which one? I've seen a couple so far. I don't think there are many viruses but I've read about one recently and would like to prevent against others that might come out.

meant to say $229 after online and mail in rebate.....yea thats what im saying, u only get the $20 discount online only, then the $50 mail in rebate for in store or online....

First: stop linking to first impressions and videos from March. That was an earlier model and, as someone who's had it in hand, it's much faster now. Diginfo has a good video of it on YouTube.

Second: it is NOT made by Kyocera, it is made by Sanyo and they make quality phones. Kyocera has very little to actually do with this phone.

Third: if you have Cricket and you don't want an Android, fine - don't get this phone. People are excited to get it because it will be the best phone Cricket has to offer. Cricket has good coverage and good speeds, it's about time we get a good phone to go wit hit. We don't think it's the hottest thing on the market, no - we just want and need a good phone.

1) I've noticed the big improvements. After seeing that DigInfo video, I was impressed.

2) It really gives me peace of mind knowing it's made by Sanyo. Somebody mentioned it before, and it might have been you, but I'm glad to get some reassurance on that.

3) Totally agree. :)

No, don't need it.

The SMS virus, we shouldn't have to worry about. Cricket blocks those numbers any way.

Do you think it was a typo the first time or do you think so many ordered already that they need more time for the rest of them?
